Significant indicators for appraising CRF's intangible capital

Human capital is capital that thinks

Human capital concerns all those aspects relating to the individuals who operate inside the organization and their ability to work effectively in different, difficult situations, and comprises two main factors:

·   Competencies = knowledge + organizational behaviours

·   Lively mind = the ability to transfer knowledge from one context to another, to build knowledge by correlating different information, develop innovation and or create adaptation to change.

Structural capital is not thinking but thought capital

It highlights a company’s ability to operate regularly and to empower individuals to fully exploit their competencies.

It is the set of: company processes, know-how, patents, trademarks, copyrights, on-going projects, etc. Briefly, it is everything that has a higher worth than simply material value
