Human capital concerns all those aspects relating to the individuals who operate inside the organization and their ability to work effectively in different, difficult situations, and comprises two main factors:
· Competencies = knowledge + organizational behaviours
· Lively mind = the ability to transfer knowledge from one context to another, to build knowledge by correlating different information, develop innovation and or create adaptation to change.

Relational capital is the ‘external’ component of intangible capital
It concerns relationships between the company, its customers, partners and suppliers. It refers to external communication, customer satisfaction (their complaints and loyalty), to the quality of customers, partners and suppliers.
